Fat Burning Workout Strategy

Here some tips for effective and efficient fat burning workout strategy:

  1. Do 2 minute high intensity exercise.
  2. Follow by 1 minute rest.
  3. Repeat in totaly 7 times.

The idea of 2 minute high intensity exercise is do your workout routine and push to your limit.

With 20 minute exercise, burning effect will last for hours after workout.
